Our clients for this project were empty nesters who recently moved back to Chicago after being away for over ten years. They tasked us with furnishing the main living spaces in their new Logan Square home. They wanted a warm and inviting modern space where they could entertain, work from home, and relax after long days. Our challenge was to carve out individual areas for all these functions in an otherwise open floor plan. We articulated each space by integrating sleek, versatile furniture pieces, harmonizing the ensemble with a palette comprising of golds, greens, warm metals and a blend of wood finishes. The end result– a comfortable, functional, and stylish city home for two.
